Before venturing into real estate, I studied Information and Computer Science at Georgia Tech where I earned my B.S. degree in 1987. Because of its near limitless earning potential, the real estate industry has always been of interest to me. My connections at Georgia Tech allowed me to start a successful company specializing in student housing in the Atlanta area close to the university. My advanced knowledge and affinity for technology has been an advantage when it comes to marketing and promoting properties to prospective buyers and renters. Using the resources available to me, I was able to build a boutique-style management company in charge of duplexes that I eventually sold in 2006. Also, I managed few well-maintained townhouses in class B neighborhoods with plenty of desirable nearby amenities. All that experience taught me different real estate skills. Starting from market knowledge, contract knowledge, good negotiation techniques . I have been a resident of Atlanta for the past 36 years. I was always fascinated by real estate. And I am always looking to make new connections, especially in the Atlanta area. I am eager to help and educate buyers and sellers with the real estate transactions. When I'm not working, I enjoy playing racquetball, tennis and hanging out with friends. I am also an avid reader.
