My name is Annemarie DellaGuardia, but I go by my lifelong nickname, Am. I grew up in Colorado just north west of Denver, but was born on Long Island, New York, and have also lived in New Mexico. My family and I decided to move to the Sunshine State December of 2010. We were tired of the snow and wanted to be able to swim and ride my Dad's Harley more than 3 months out of the year. My whole life, I longed for my toes in the sand, salt water in my hair, so what better place to move to than Florida? I purchased my first home in 2008 and sold it when I moved to Florida in 2010. I loved looking through all the listings and seeing what was available. I enjoyed looking at the homes others made, and thinking about how I could make it my own. While looking for places for my boyfriend and me to live, my excitement and love for looking at home listings came back. I thought to myself; why not help others find their new homes as well? I understand what it's like to find a home, buy a home, and sell a home: the ups, the downs, and the excitement! Whether we find a home on the first try, or we look at dozens of homes, you just know the right place when you find it.
