State Farm is an awful business. They don’t care about their customers or their families.
Transfered from another agents office to her office and have had one of the best experiences with her explained what I wanted and what I needed got the qoutes and went forward with issuing the policies
Very patient while she helped me deal with a long series of "corrections" that my apartment needed to make. I must have asked her to resend the document 5 times.

Very bad service, I had to activate an insurance device and they did not want to activate it, they sent me to another office of the same company With a bad attitude but if statefarm doesn't activate it they charge $50 more than that.
