Anna K. Eoviero is an experienced litigator of complex commercial disputes and a member of the firm's Life Sciences Sector. Her practice focuses primarily on high-stakes litigation on behalf of some of the world's largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies, often in the context of contract, licensing, and intellectual property matters. Anna's portfolio also includes representation of large financial institutions in securities matters, small and large companies in the computer science/technology space, and insurance defense. Anna has achieved success for her clients at all stages of litigation from motion practice through discovery and trial. She has appeared in federal and state courts in a number of jurisdictions and has substantial experience in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Anna currently serves as Associate Representative for DLA Piper's New York Office.
