Ann-Marie joined the Rubicon Mortgage Advisors, LLC team as an AVP, Branch Manager for our Grand Forks location. She brings with her nearly 20 years of experience in lending and business management, most recently as Vice President Residential Real Estate Lending at Bank Forward. She graduated Magna cum Laude from Concordia College and holds an MBA from The University of Phoenix. Ann-Marie is very involved in the Grand Forks community. Her activities include: Chair of the Finance Committee for the Grand Forks Area Association of Realtors, North Dakota Association of Realtors Real Estate Trust Account Committee, and the Recruitment Committee for the Sunshine Memorial Foundation in support of building a hospitality home for patients and their families.
