I have been in private practice for nearly 20 years, with broad experience in drafting commercial contracts and business agreements, including employment-related agreements, commercial real estate leases and purchase agreements, stock and asset purchase and sales agreements and commercial terms and conditions. I represent companies in a broad spectrum of industries in general business matters, corporate governance and employment issues. I enjoy international travel, running and spending time with my family.
