Anita is Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has practiced Family Law for more than 20 years. Anita feels great satisfaction helping individuals and families navigate the complex legal and emotional aspects of Family Law. She graduated from the University of Houston in 1988 with a degree in Business Administration. In 1993 she received her Juris Doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, has received numerous awards and recognitions, including Texas Super Lawyer, Texas Monthly Magazine and Top Attorney, Family Law, Fort Worth, Texas Magazine. She is a frequent speaker at continuing education seminars for lawyers in Family Law and is active in the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Women Bar Association various bar associations and is a member of other local bar association.
