I grew up in Belvidere, graduated from Illinois State University with a BS in Interior/Architectural Design, minoring in Business. I married my husband 29 years ago, moved to Rockford where we raised our 3 Boys who graduated from Guilford High School. We now have a 2021 SIU Grad and new Homeowner (Yay!), a Rockford University Bio Med | Education Student and a Northern IL University Student! Needless to say, I am very familiar with the area schools, their academies, academics, athletics and even their attendance zones. I began my Real Estate career in 2004 with Coldwell Banker and have been with Keller Williams Realty Signature since 2010. I'm a Listing Agent and a Buyer's Agent! In fact, my yearly transactions are evenly balanced. I love teaming with my Sellers to prepare their homes to sell quickly and at top value. Because I am enthusiastic about staging, editing and accessorizing, I include that with my Seller services. My Sellers are quick to recognize the value and are eager to participate knowing that the process will likely increase their sale price 7 percent, on average. Buyer's Agency is currently a challenge given the low inventory we are experiencing. Educating and advising Buyers as they navigate the Wild West that we call Real Estate has never been more important than it is today. Being accessible and delivering a high level experience for each one of my Buyers is essential. The market is everchanging so I am dedicated to studying the current conditions and adapting new strategies to ensure the success of my Buyers and my Sellers .
