Angelique began her career in the mortgage industry in 2020 and quickly developed a passion for helping individuals and families achieve homeownership. Before becoming a Loan Officer, she worked as a mortgage processor, which gave her a strong understanding of loan guidelines, documentation requirements, and the mortgage process from start to finish. Her processing background allows her to proactively identify potential challenges and help clients navigate the loan process as smoothly as possible. Angelique also has extensive knowledge of non-qualified mortgage (Non-QM) loan products, allowing her to assist borrowers with unique income situations or financing needs that may not fit traditional lending guidelines. Known for her strong communication skills and client-focused approach, Angelique takes pride in making the mortgage process feel less stressful and more personalized. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers, or clients exploring alternative financing options, she is committed to finding the best solution for each client’s individual goals and needs.
