Since then she has worked for Ellis Partners LLC, a private development company, pulically traded rokerages, and previously owned an independent rokerage, Leeds Real Estate Group, Inc. This experience has given her a unique perspective that enales her to assist clients with personal decisions impacting their future as wells as usiness decisions impacting the ottom line and overall health of the usiness.' 'In 2021, she was elected Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Commercial Broker Association and was the first woman to hold this position. In 2019 she founded the #CRE Ladies Group, a group of 221 women in commercial real estate throughout the Greater Bay Area. She takes her responsiility as Chief very seriously and is dedicated to the education, support, and growth of women in commercial real estate industry.'
