This is a free service I offer and I PROMISE you will walk away feeling extremely informed . I'll also provide you with a Buyers Book filled with great info and a list of professionals you can speak with. ( Lenders, Home Inspectors,Title Companies etc.) 2-You'll need to have a Lender Letter, I can help w/ this if needed or use your own lender/ bank, credit union. The Lender will tell you how much you qualify for and explain different financing options, there are so many ! This also insures the seller and sellers agent that Im bringing a qualified, serious Buyer to their home. 3- Ill create an automated home search for listing to come to your inbox as soon as they become available/ daily. 4- Find that dream home and write the OFFER ! ( don't forget the check book) 5- Assist with getting both parties to FULLY AGREE on the TERMS and set a settlement date ! 6- I will organize and attend all inspections. 7- Successfully get to the " Settlement Table" and celebrate your wonderful day !
