His father and grandfather were real estate pioneers in southeastern Delaware. Obtaining his GRI in 1997 and his CCIM in 2002, Andy has sold well over 150 million in real estate and has a broad skill set in the real estate industry. Andy assembled, developed, and sold the hugely successful residential community known as Millville By The Sea. Andy's family owns a network of over 70 digital and vinyl billboards spanning from Millsboro, DE to the doorsteps of Bethany Beach, DE. From this powerful advertising platform, among others, he actively promotes his real estate listings in ways that are hyper-targeted and very effective. He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of residential and commercial development, marketing, management, general leasing and NNN ground leasing. Andy likes to run, surf, and hang out with friends and family. In his twenties he toured the country playing guitar in his band Dakkota where he met his wife Sara. He also was able to share the stage with President George Bush, Alabama, Merle Haggard, George Jones, Alan Jackson, Kenny Chesney, Jason Aldean, Toby Keith, and countless others. Andy was the Grand Prize winner for the 2011 CMT NSAI Nashville Song Contest with a song he wrote by himself, Whiskey Sunrise. He resides just a few miles from Bethany Beach, DE with his wife Sara , three young children, and his amazing dog Max.
