Rude hung up on me in the middle of talking
Spoke to Jennifer 2 weeks ago today about simply changing agents. A week later I'm told a system glitch caused delay. Now 2 weeks past & no response to to emails or texts. Very unprofessional! I'm taking my business elsewhere.
