Andrew believes the real estate process can be very stressful, but likes to try and make it a little more enjoyable for his clients. His goal is to get his clients in the right home, while always trying to putting their best interests first. "I believe that it is most important to find someone a home, and make them happy. These are the people that will return to you in the future and recommend you to their friends and family." Son of Gary and Sandra Poe, Andrew grew up in Kingsport, TN. He graduated from The University of Tennessee in 2000. After spending several years in the hospitality industry, running restaurants and working for distributors, he decided to start a career in real estate. "I had always had an interest in the real estate business. I watched my father and his business partner for several years, even sometimes working alongside them, in their dealings. I believe this business comes naturally to me. Especially the people part." Andrew got his chance to get on board with a franchise of Keller Williams in Knoxville, TN.
