Andrew was born and raised in San Jose and graduated from Saint Mary's College of California. Hebegan his career in Real Estate as a Sr. Loan Processor in 2002. Not long after, Andrew advanced to the position of loan officer for Lawrence Capital. By 2005 he became Vice President of the company and was also elected to be a partner of the firm. In 2008 Andrew resigned as Vice President and decided to refocus on Real Estate Sales. Joining Re/Max Advisors in Saratoga California in 2009, he quickly found success and was of the top 50 producing agents in Santa Clara County. In 2010 he partnered up with Hilton Stanley Capital. Andrew purchased Realty Executives Franchise in 2013. He is experienced in REO - Bank Owned, Short Sales, 1031 exchanges, Real Estate Investments, Commercial Real Estate Transactions, and Mortgage Loan Origination.
