Andrew McAllister

McAllister graduated with honors from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree that included an emphasis in Real Estate Development, in just over three years. During this time, he also served as the starting strong safety for the Trojan's football team. In addition, he played on the 2009 Rose Bowl Championship team while leading the team in interceptions that season and later earned Pac-10 Honorable Mention the following year in 2009. Off the field, McAllister participated in numerous community outreach programs, including Kiff's Kids, which fundraised and donated to underprivileged children in Los Angeles. Academically he was only one of four scholarship football players to receive the prestigious Marx Scholar Award and was named to the Pac-12 All-Academic Football Team, while making the University Dean's List with a 3.5 GPA or higher.Prior to starting the Commercial Division at Nationwide Real Estate Executives in Long Beach, McAllister gained a great deal of experience specializing in multi-family investment sales at the Colliers International office located in Irvine, CA. As a member of the Apartment Team, he led all junior agents in total sales volume from 2013-2016. He has been awarded the Nationwide's 2016 Most Valuable Executive Award and the 2016 Platinum Executive Award every year since joining in 2016. He has completed over $600 million in commercial real estate transactions in his career.
