Drew brings to KASE 24 years of Real Estate experience, with all of those years being engaged as a residential land developer. Working his way from an assistant project manager to Managing Director/Member of a local land development firm. Drew still continues to run the day to day operations of the company, acquisitions, entitlement and construction management of the firm. Drew has managed projects in Orange County, San Diego and New Mexico. To further add to the depth Drew brings to The McMonigle team, In 2008, Drew saw an opportunity, as his father and his faith always taught him, that within difficult times in an economy and in life, there exists opportunity, for growth and to be of service. In May of 2008 Drew wrote out a business plan on how to diversify and increase ones earnings in down markets by way of foreclosure trustee sale purchases. Drew went out and found private equity family funding and acquired nearly 40 million dollars of assets for various families in the, then down market and has proven the model to be very successful in both capacities of the "investing "and "divesting" in Real Estate. Drew has brought his Real Estate experience to the Team. Bringing faith though lessons learned in all market cycles to our clients Nationally and Globally.
