His emphasis is on single tenant properties net-leased to national corporations on long-term leases and sale and leaseback transactions in California and throughout the nation. He has been concentrating on net leased property transactions since 1994 and has sold well over 250 properties.Andrew started his career concentrating on leasing of office space with Grubb & Ellis and switched specialties in 1994 to join Damon Raike & Company to concentrate on net leased investment sales.
