I also specialize in down payment assistance programs. We are a direct lender of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA loans. With us being a direct lender we originate, process, underwrite, and fund our own loans. Our underwriting process and turn times are currently the best in the industry and in most cases we have closing documents at the title company weeks before closing. Castle & Cooke is a privately held company by David Murdock who also serves as the Chairman of the Board for Dole Food Company, Inc.
