Almost never answers their phone. Never calls you back. Raises rates every possible chance. Rude, ignorant and unhelpful on the rare occasion contact is made. The worst insurance agent I've ever had.

Andrea was awesome! I wasn't in the state very long in 2017. But Andrea gave the best rates within the state, and she was a really nice person.
