Sarah Bovard was born and raised in Mohave County, AZ. She attended Kingman High School where she met her now husband James. They have two amazing children; Kaden and Gabrielle. Prior to entering real estate, Sarah worked in the banking industry as a personal banker helping people with their financial goals. After watching James succeed in real estate for the last 8 years, Sarah decided to switch gears and serve individuals with investing in real estate. Creating a Real Estate investment company as well as being on The Lander Team for retail buying and selling properties. Sarah and James have now created their own team, Copper State. Sarah and her family can be found living life outdoors on their down time. They love their RZR and going on rides, being in the mountains, playing sports with their kids, and spending time on the Colorado River!
