    I called a moment ago. And it sounded like they all around dropped the ball. Didnt want to clean my Carpet ... full of excuses... on to the next one.

    These guys are great! Adam came right out to my house promptly after I called in. He was punctual, and did a great job cleaning my office carpet. Then I hired him to shampoo my home carpet. Excellent, A+++
