First, let me say that I've certainly sold a greater number than the total sales showing up on Zillow since I became licensed in 2003... I'm nearly 100% client referral driven and I don't push marketing myself very much, so I haven't made it a priority to manually go in and input all my sales from earlier years into Zillow . :-) More importantly, I've been a licensed realtor since 2003, and I began in the real estate industry as an investor in 2001 before I obtained my real estate license. I owned and managed 2 of my own vacation rental properties. My interest in real estate first began as an investor, but I soon found others were asking me for advice. I felt before I could really qualify to adequately help someone else, I should receive further education and obtain my license, so that is what led me to the decision to become a realtor. From there, I began the path of helping others buy and sell their homes like I would my own. I've always had a natural gift for organization and truly love the paperwork part of the business (which surely sounds quite odd to most), but to me, it's a joy. My greatest joy in the whole process, however, is getting to be a part of making someone's dream become a reality, and also helping to set a person up for financial success. I finally decided to get my broker's license in January 2020 and officially registered a brokerage of my own with the Arizona Department of Real Estate in 2020 as well. My heart is truly for the absolute best for my clients, period. I am not a high pressure sales person by any stretch of the imagination.
