Amanda is a Connecticut native who spent her yearly Cape vacations eating fried clams at Arnold's and body surfing at Nauset Light beach. A Providence Friar, she's lived in France, taught high school, and bartended at the first 4-star, 4-diamond resort on Cape Cod. Two years ago, she relocated to Harwich permanently and has enjoyed exploring the back roads and the local favorite spots to dine and socialize.
