Alyssa M. Ogden is a litigation associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. Her practice focuses on white collar defense and investigations, securities enforcement, and other complex commercial litigation. She has represented individual and institutional clients in criminal, regulatory, and internal investigations, where her experience includes advising clients, conducting witnesses interviews, analyzing complex factual and legal issues, preparing and presenting presentations including to government regulators, and coordinating document collections, reviews, and productions. Alyssa has experience briefing a variety of issues, preparing for depositions, and working with expert witnesses in criminal and civil litigations. She has also been a member of several trial teams. Alyssa has an active pro bono practice that focuses on LGBTQ+ advocacy and immigration issues. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2016 from Duke University School of Law. In 2012, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware. Alyssa is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
