Hi my name is Alysha Shane. I was born and raised in the state of Washington and I am the youngest of four siblings. I started my journey as a professional at a very early age when my mom started her business. By the age of 12, I was lucky enough to already be getting the experience to serve others while selling my moms product at exhibits/festivals all over Washington/Oregon State. Let's just say I was mamma's little helper :) I knew with a lot of perseverance and hard work I was well on my way to becoming a successful business woman. After putting in 10 years into the service industry (which includes construction, finish work on boats, along with juggling handfuls of service occupations) I wanted to take my commitment to service to the next level! I always wanted to have a professional outlook and always have had a passion for real estate, so I quickly came to my senses that my new career would soon be real estate and have not looked back since. The love I have for helping others, striving to work harder, and my ambitious go getter attitude I knew would be a strong foundation in helping achieve my goals and help my TEAM stand out. I am kind, trustworthy, soft spoken, a great listener (and a trained negotiator) respectful and love to stay positive with a smile.
