His past professional experience includes EMI Music, Woods & Middleton, LLP, Deloitte (tax, licensing, royalty audits), and Tommy Hilfiger. For the past 5 years, Allan has consulted with the business management firm, DeBlois Mejia and Kaplan, LLP on major touring and film clients. Allan is licensed attorney in California, New York and New Jersey and a Certified Public Accountant in California and Illinois. Allan also has experience as a music engineer/producer and as a drummer/guitarist/songwriter.
