Bought septic tanks from them,3 of them had missing lids and got cracks and holes which were not disclosed to me prior to the sale.Now they wont respond to my messages.Cannot be trusted!Take your business to a honest company not these guys!

They let me hanging without communication for an emergency pump of my septic. 3 days later i had to hire a different company.

Awful customer service. Was told they would call me back after a week and a half. Called again and they hung up on me, heard someone in the back say “I got this” and then hung up.

As it's been said, this is a family owned business, or a " Mom & Pop shop " I lived in North Port Fl. and I was selling my house, So the inspectors have to come out and do their thing, So the company that came out to inspect the septic tank...
