Alisa has a solid business background focused within the service industry which includes a 30 year, stellar track record of owning and managing several hair salons. Being of service is the foundation for her success and her motivation that made the transition into real estate a natural extension of her authentic desire to help others. Having sold her last salon in 2016, she has now streamlined her direction on guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process to realize their goals and dreams. Alisa has a proven track record as a real estate investor having bought and held several profitable properties in San Diego. She has a keen eye for finding homes that are well suited for becoming income-producing rental properties. One of her favorite aspects of real estate is helping renters become first-time home buyers.
