A Decline is one step from a suspension, which is one step from a Loan approval. It is very rare that I cannot fix a loan that was declined by another bank. I love being challenged and solving problems. Nothing gets in the way of helping me achieve my clients dreams. Anything from settling collections, strategizing taxes, setting up payment plans, negotiating clients debts, negotiating divorces, clearing up judgements, honestly there isn't much that I am not willing to attack and solve for my clients. I get extreme enjoyment in doing things that someone said couldn't be done.
