Going on 12 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry my goal is to help you build wealth. I started my career in real estate as a side gig while working as a nurse and helping my husband build his physical therapy practices. In 2020 I decided to make Real Estate my full time job and haven't looked back since. I enjoy helping buyers with their first ever purchase, finding the best investment property and have also worked in land sales and some commercial properties. I've been both a renter and a landlord, am a superhost on airbnb, know a few things about water rights and land sales, and keep my mortgage lenders close so we can get creative with the market changes. Growing up in Bellingham, WA and attending CU-Boulder my love for the outdoors is a daily meditation. Training for a marathon, brewing up a new nut milk recipe, shuttling my kids from soccer to the slopes and squeezing in a lot of trips back to San Diego keeps me smiling, working hard and sharing what I love with those around me.
