Alice's expertise in home sales and her depth of knowledge in the industry makes her a valuable addition to Windermere Real Estate, Rancho Mirage. Alice Baker was initially licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 1976 with Forest E. Olsen. She obtained her Broker's License in 1979 and proceeded to move to Orange County to work with the Robert P. Warmington Co., followed by Paceseter Homes. Locally Alice sold La Palme for J. M. Peters, builder and The Cove At Indian Wells, for builder Richard Lewis. Most of these subdivisions sold out early, before the target date. Additionally, she was Corporate Broker for the Imperial Group of San Francisco as well as Westwin Corporation. Alice was managing Broker for nine years for Soper Homes of Bakersfield, Ca, selling over 250 homes ahead of schedule.Special Interests include performing in musicals and light opera such as The Mikado, and the Marriage of Figaro at C.O.D., she also was in several musicals in Big Bear Lake, including Carousel, The Sound Of Music. Alice was a member of "The Sweet Adeline's" a barbershop chorus, for 7 years. She also taught art as a volunteer for the elderly, for 3 years in Irvine, Ca.
