Alfredo Garcia-Menocal is a 2001 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami, School of Law and is the Managing Partner of the Firm. His practice focuses in the area of Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law (to include complex transactions and litigation), Condominium Law, Banking Law and Probate Law. Mr. Garcia-Menocal also has extensive experience in civil litigation in the following areas of law: American with Disabilities Act Access Law, Commercial Litigation, Real Estate (to include Foreclosure Plaintiff and Defense and real estate contract disputes), Construction Law, Probate Law and Family Law.
