Hello, My name is Alfred Arutyunyan. I worked in the medical field for 20 years as a pharmacy technician. I work inpatient pharmacy with my team helping our patients with excellent medical care. I loved what I did, but my passion was always with Real Estate and Investment Properties. I decided to be a successful Real Estate. I must continue my education and pursue my goal. In 2019 I applied for a Cal State Northridge Business Administration Degree in Marketing. I graduated in 2023 and earned a Bachelor's Degree. In addition, I was not satisfied with the BS Degree I decided I needed to get my MBA. CSNU has a great MBA program but with my work and their program it did not meet my needs. I need some online education to pursue my goal. In 2023 after I graduated CSUN I found a school offering a full time MBA program Western Governor University. I applied and over one years of dedication and hard work I was able to graduate at the end of 2024. After I received my MBA I started researching in LA which are the #1 Sales Program offers on RE Field. The result came from Keller Williams so I applied Saturday evening and Sunday morning I received a call from Mike Derian and he invited me for the next day's 9:30 AM interview. Me and Mike talked for almost 2hours and I honestly really love Mike Derian's personality and I thank him for his knowledge and personality. The same day I gave my decision to Mike and we shook hands and he welcomed me to the KW Team. I am so thankful to Mike, for providing me with an amazing opportunity to join the KW Team with three excellent KW offices.
