I help families who want to address challenges and transitions fairly, peaceably, cost effectively, and in ways that result in sustainable, workable, long term solutions. The families who are attracted to my services are those who want to achieve fair and sustainable results, and who wish to do so without treating each other as enemies or adversaries. I have been licensed as an attorney since 1984 and practicing non-adversarial family and elder law and mediation since 2009. My training in mediation includes study with nationally recognized mediators such as Carl Schneider, Richard Blackburn, and Zena Zumeta. I am a member of the family and elder sections of the Association for Conflict Resolution.
