Alexandra Budanov is a luxury real estate specialist working North San Diego County with offices in Rancho Santa Fe and Rancho Bernardo. Born in Siberia, Alexandra grew up surrounded by beautiful new homes always being built due to the discovery of oil. When her father began to build homes she was fascinated at the challenges presented by the freezing weather. It was this fascination that led to a passion for construction and creating beautiful homes from raw materials. This led Alexandra to her career in Real Estate. She joined Ranch and Village Homes Team in 2012 and Pacific Sotheby's International Realty in 2015. Her degree in International Marketing from Loyola Marymount University helps her represent clients and properties all over the world and she has successfully closed transactions with clients from Russia, China, Korea, Japan, Australia and Italy. Her team specializes in working with Foreign Nationals. While pursuing her second degree in Management from Ural State Technical University, Alexandra founded and built her own steel distribution business in Russia.
