Alexander consistently exceeds client expectations; his $5.995M sale of 2374-2376 Greenwich Street, for example, sold for $1M more than his client had paid just one year prior (representing a 20% gain in just one year). Lurie has a record of successfully selling homes requiring a special marketing effort; to sell 60 Russell Street in Russian Hill, a home that was permitted but not yet built, Lurie hired artists to render various spaces of the unbuilt home to give prospective buyers a visual understanding of the space. These renderings, coupled with drone photography, enabled Lurie to sell Russell quickly and at a premium. Lurie's background in both management consulting (Oliver Wyman) and as founder of a marketing company that he sold, gives his clients an edge in negotiation strategy, valuation analysis, and home marketing. Son of Rabbi Brian Lurie and Caroline Fromm Lurie and grandson of Alfred and Hanna Fromm, the stage was set early for Lurie's drive toward community service. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for both the SF-based Jewish Community Federation and JCRC and is the immediate past Chair of the Regional Leadership Council for the Birthright Israel Foundation.
