Alex Speer

Alex is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group with a primary focus on representing telecommunications carriers and other entities that hold and manage telecommunications-related assets. He negotiates leases and licenses for telecommunications carriers related to the placement of telecommunications towers on land and telecommunications equipment on rooftops, water tanks, and existing cellular towers, as well as distributed antenna system deals in airports, hospitals, universities, and athletic arenas. Alex also has extensive experience in commercial leasing including office, retail, and warehouse leases. Alex works with cellular carriers and major retail businesses to coordinate and negotiate high volume leasing portfolios. He strives to meet clients' leasing needs with efficiency and respect to tight deadlines, while maintaining an excellent quality of work on individual deals.
