I've been a construction superintendent supervising the construction of hundreds of homes, I've worked on condo projects, a golf course, a marina. I also spent several years working as a district manager for a national REIT (real estate investment trust). Of course, I've helped plenty of home buyers and sellers too - that is the focus of our real estate business, though we end up working on commercial projects and with investors interspersed with our residential work.Many of our clients have mentioned that they liked the perspective I brings from my construction background.
