I lead a team of Mortgage Bankers in conducting top customer service, production, recruiting, and community engagement. I spend part of my days coaching, mentoring, and training loan originators and real estate professionals to achieve their personal, professional, and financial dreams, as well as the dreams of their clients. During my free time, I enjoy staying active with my wife and four children. For fun, I coach youth baseball and ice hockey, and I enjoy time on the Chesapeake Bay crabbing and fishing.
