* Responsible for the day-to-day operation of a real estate brokerage services company specializing in Residential and Commercial real estate transactions. * Assist clients in the purchase and leasing of residential and commercial properties * Advice seller clients on pricing and other factors that have an impact on the letting of a property. * Advice and help buyer clients in finding properties that meet their needs at the lowest price possible and arrange financing of property purchases. * Maintain relevant knowledge of real estate law, local economies, fair housing laws, available mortgages, financing options and government assistance programs. * Ensure fulfillment of lease agreement and purchase contract terms to make certain that they are handled legally and in a timely manner.
