Alan made the loan process easy to understand and was able to communicate to a Spanish speaking family which was a bonus. He communication with us was amazing and very quick to get back. And was free to answer question at any time!

My journey in the Mortgage industry began in the early 1990s. Having worked in Title and Escrow services, I was introduced to Mortgage lending by a family member who needed help with serving Hispanic families who needed to understand the mortgage process. Being fluent in Spanish, I found a sense of fulfillment in assisting first time home buyers in gaining their first home, in either English or Spanish. I learned early on that every transaction is a puzzle and one just needs to enjoy helping others assemble their puzzle at the right time to get into a home. I love being at Kind Lending and sharing the Kind Movement.
