Alan J. Van Luven was admitted to the practice of law in Delaware in 1998, in Maryland and the District of Columbia in 1999, and to the United States Tax Court in 2002. Mr. Van Luven's areas of practice include estate and trust planning, individual and fiduciary income tax planning, preparation of individual and fiduciary income tax returns, business planning, estate and trust administration, and the representation of clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.
