AJ Wood is a Director in C&W's McLean, Virginia office with a focus on tenant representation. He provides real estate advisory and brokerage services to public and private sector clients throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Wood was a vice president at Woodmark Commercial Services LLC. Mr. Wood assisted the corporate services team in the acquisition and disposition of all real estate, with an emphasis on market knowledge and financial analysis key assignmentsMr. Wood graduated with a Bachelors of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce from the University of Virginia. Prior to his seven year professional soccer career, Mr. Wood won four national championships in soccer at UVA, as well as participated in the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. Mr. Wood is extremely active in the local soccer community having worked closely with local programs to instruct and mentor boys and girls for the last 15 years.
