    Left my kids almost 30 days no heat after payment in full.called asked what day they called back said we are not doing the install of furnace know.poor customer service

    The people they let drive their company vehicles do not know how to drive. I’ve had at least three run-ins with people driving their silverados, pulling out in front of traffic in icy and snowy conditions. Not one person answered the phone...
