Gary was very clear in explaining the loan process and all the things needed for my home loan. This process got a little complicated towards the end but Gary was very eloquent and positive i was able to hear his frustration over the phone....

Do you bring all informatio, and respond al questions

Long periods of not hearing anything. Too much miscommunication with too many people. Some of the paperwork would not allow me to complete it out of the system.

Derek and the rest of the team were on top of everything! Getting our home loan was a very smooth process and Derek kept us up to date on where we were the whole time! great customer service, great communication!

Spouse took care of. No complaints.
