Monica and the team was absolutely highly professional and delivered excellent communication!
Getting updates was extremely difficult and were not provided unless we had to ask multiple times. Nothing was on time. Very disappointed in the style of communication throughout the whole transaction. It could have simply been better.
I intend these comments as constructive feedback:1) the only time I got a loan update was some of the times that I asked. 2) closing was late and no one could explain why. 3) the loan was through Trio/Chocataw which a new option for many realtors...
