As Project Manager for The Agency Development Group, Agavni Faldzhyan approaches every new task with exceptional focus, a collaborative mentality, impeccable organization, and an unwavering commitment to quality on all levels. She astutely identifies potential project roadblocks and provides timely, creative, and effective solutions. An integral piece of the TADG team, Agavni manages several high-profile projects, including Pendry Residences West Hollywood, Ascaya, One Laguna, and Century Plaza Residences. Originally from Armenia, Agavni moved to Pasadena at the age of 10. She later achieved a degree in Education from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Prior to joining the TADG team, Agavni served as an Eligibility Worker at the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services, where she managed a caseload of over 3,000 MediCal cases. Agavni's background in the high-pressure, detail-centric world of public service has equipped her perfectly for the diverse set of responsibilities that come with being an effective Project Coordinator. A self-described "bookworm," in her spare time, Agavni can be found digging into a new book. She also enjoys cooking, practicing Pilates, hiking, and being with friends and family.
