I began my real estate career in April of 2013, and by the end of 2014 I had risen the ranks and become a Top Agent in my KW Market Center. In 2016 I was offered a Leadership Role in my Market Center, and in April of 2017 I was given the role of Team Leader for the entire office.As Team Leader, I went on to Coach, Consult, Train, and Recruit hundreds of the Top Agents in my area. Under my leadership, my Market Center consistently placed in the National Top 10% out of almost 900 KW Market Centers Nationwide. In the span of of 4 years as Team Leader at KW North Gwinnett, we set multiple performance records in almost every category and closed on 8,120 transactions for $2.4 Billion in volume.In August of 2021 I made the decision to follow my 2 passions in business: 1.
