Katherine Manoogian

I started working in real estate in 2020 and never looked back. My passion for finding homes for others started at an early age when I opened Zillow every night to look at the market. I grew up in Los Alamitos and went to college at CSULB. There I got a degree in Marketing and Consumer Affairs and it has set me up to be successful with marketing for clients and understanding how to create an advantage on my listings. My favorite part about real estate is the hunt. Finding the perfect house for my clients and seeing their faces as they see their potential new home, there is nothing more heartwarming than that. A few fun facts about me is that I love learning about wine and cheese, I am excellent at making charcuterie boards, I spend my free time rollerblading the Long Beach bike path and working on my small garden.
